Hi! My name is Jennifer and I am the creator, founder, and owner of the The Rustic Puff. Over the last year, I have spent countless hours perfecting my recipes, testing flavors, educating myself on marketing, advertising, shipping and creating a brand for The Rustic Puff.

I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for creating something that was all mine. I honestly have to admit I never imagined it would be food related, however, once I created my first marshmallow I was hooked. I think the art of creating the marshmallow was the first thing to draw me in. There is something so relaxing and enjoyable about creating these ooey, gooey, cubes of pleasure. And then, it became my love for the reaction I get from first timers tasting my marshmallows.

Many peoples only association with the marshmallow is the little, white, rubbery puffs you purchase in a bag at your local grocery store. When I open them up to the gourmet marshmallow, soft and fluffy, rich and full of flavor, they are totally amazed.

It is because of my love for the art, and the smile on peoples faces that I have such a desire to see The Rustic Puff become a success.
